Mint and Garlic Dressing
Fresh and tangy, this dressing will go perfectly with the Gluten Free Quinoa Tabouli.
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- 1/2 cup organic unrefined oil. I use coconut and olive.
- 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (minced)
- Add lemon juice, mint, and garlic in a blender.
- Slowly add oil to emulsify.
