Perfect with Gluten Free Quinoa Tabouli.

Mint and Garlic Dressing

Body Ecology Diet.

Fresh and tangy, this dressing will go perfectly with the Gluten Free Quinoa Tabouli.

  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup organic unrefined oil. I use coconut and olive.
  • 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (minced)
  1. Add lemon juice, mint, and garlic in a blender.
  2. Slowly add oil to emulsify.
