Mint and Garlic Dressing
Fresh and tangy, this dressing will go perfectly with the Gluten Free Quinoa Tabouli.
Servings: 1 salad
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice to taste
- 1/2 cup organic unrefined oil. I use coconut and olive.
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves minced
- Add lemon juice, mint, and garlic in a blender.
- Slowly add oil to emulsify.
