How Insidious is Candida?

Candida is found naturally in many parts of the body, both inside and outside. It’s found mostly in the mouth, the gut and the vaginal tract. Even the most healthiest of humans can still be subject to a candida overgrowth if they are struggling with a flu or other illness that has lowered their immune. If you are particularly stressed or unwell you may end up with mouth ulcers or vaginal thrush. So how insidious is Candida?

Candida invades our bodies via 3 methods.

1.Candida is programmed to adhere to and invade our cells.

2.Candida thrives under stress.

3.Candida finds a home just about anywhere in or on the human body.

What’s the best remedy for controlling candida. Good bacteria and lots of it. We all have it – it’s what makes up our bodies defence system. However sometimes even the good bugs struggle to get through the gut’s extreme acidic gastric juices. Fermented foods and probiotic drinks boost our immune system and add a few million more good bugs to combat those times when our bodies came under attack from illness or stress.
