No Added Sugar –
Finding satisfying breakfasts that are not carb heavy can be challenging, especially if you aren’t into eggs! This Chia Breakfast Pudding is perfect for summer and easy to whip up the night before making it perfect for a breakfast on the go. The best thing is there is no added sugar!
Chia Breakfast Pudding
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ¾ cup Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup Coconut Water
- ½ cup Shredded Coconut
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- Mix all the ingredients together in a jar or individual pots
- Needs a minimum of 3 hours to set or leave overnight.
