This Chia Breakfast Pudding recipe was contributed by Ella, daughter of my friend Amanda who I interviewed a couple of weeks ago about their change from a “anything in moderation” diet to a Low Carb High Fat diet. Hear the interview or read about LCHF and it’s benefits to Diabetes and other conditions.
