When I first started using Coconut Oil I just purchased a jar from my health food shop.  I made sure it was cold pressed and extra virgin coconut oil but was not concerned about where or who produced it.  As time went on and I was using more and more coconut oil I found the 400gram jars that I was purchasing were costing me alot of money and I found that I would be out of them before I could blink.  I needed a new plan.
