Mint and Garlic Dressing
This fresh and zingy dressing is perfect for my gluten free quinoa tabouli.

Recipe type: Salad dressing
Serves: 1 salad
- ¼ - ⅓ cup of lemon juice
- ½ cup of unrefined oil. I use coconut and olive together.
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves
- 1-2 cloves garlic.
- Blend lemon juice, mint leaves and garlic in blender.
- Add oil slowly to emulsify.
