Mint and Garlic Dressing
Fresh and tangy, this dressing will go perfectly with the Gluten Free Quinoa Tabouli.

Serves: 1 salad
- ¼ - ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice, to taste
- ½ cup organic unrefined oil. I use coconut and olive.
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, minced
- Add lemon juice, mint, and garlic in a blender.
- Slowly add oil to emulsify.
