As much as I want to wish all my Northern hemisphere readers a warm, happy and have a blast summer season, I also want to wallow in the fact that I’m wading through the winter blues over in the Southern parts of the universe. Basically for those who may not know, my biggest complaint is having to wear more than 1 layer of clothing, which is usually highly recommended during the colder months. My Natural Remedies for the Winter Season
e-book is full of tips, recipes and DIY’s for navigating through the winter and cold season and has been downloaded many times, which made me think people would like a summer version. So while I’ve been facing the cold, I have been kept warm and happy writing about natural remedies for summer.  Summer and me go together for so many reasons. I love the beach, the salt water, the sun and the fact that I can swim every day and only wear the proverbial 1 layer of clothing.
Natural Remedies for Summer
Now while I cruise through summer with endless amounts of energy and creativity, I realise that not all members of the population share these feelings at all. And if you are unwell or suffer with allergies, digestive issues and gut problems then sometimes no amount of warm weather can cure those types of problems. Been there done that! Many summers in the last 6 years I’ve had to deal with IBS, leaky gut, Candida overgrowth, hay fever and other allergies. For me I did find that hot weather really did make me feel better but I also fatigued quite a bit in the humidity and 40° C days. Cold water therapy was my answer and while it didn’t cure me it certainly alleviated the pain threshold that I had come to experience on a daily basis.
So what’s in the book – glad you asked. My tried and tested tips and natural remedies for summer as well as a chapter on navigating breakfast, dealing with the sun the natural way, summer allergies and bugs and taming those unruly frizzy locks that just love to fizz even more in the humidity. Plus some recipes for keeping you cool and hydrated.
And of course, it’s free! I had a blast writing it and hope you will enjoy reading it just as much. If you haven’t had a chance to read the Natural Remedies for the Winter Season you can download it here.
