Carrot Detox for Balancing Hormones

A carrot a day may keep the hormones at bay! Tastes great as well.
Recipe type: Salad
Serves: 1 serve
  • 1 carrot medium size organic or really washed and scrubbed well
  • 1-2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Herbamare or Salt and Pepper
  1. You can choose to peel or not peel your carrot.
  2. Grate or shred and throw it in a bowl with the other ingredients.
  3. Serve as a side or eat as a snack.
