Sublime Lime
This delicious, tangy green smoothie is the perfect start to any day.

Serves: 1
  • ½ an avocado
  • ½ cucumber, washed and diced
  • ½ lemon or lime, squeezed
  • ½ green apple, washed and diced
  • A handful of mint
  • A handful of continental parsley
  • Filtered water
  • Stevia to taste (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add stevia to taste.
  3. Add ice cubes to serve.
